Crown Crew
Teacher training program
Crown Crew is Royalty Dance Studio's leadership and teacher training program for dancers ages 12–18 who are ready to grow beyond the classroom. Designed as a multi-year program, Crown Crew gives students hands-on experience assisting classes, developing leadership skills, learning how to teach, and becoming positive role models within our studio community.
Throughout the season, members participate in monthly leadership trainings, teacher training workshops, choreography projects, community events, and studio activities while assisting in weekly classes. They gain valuable experience in classroom management, communication, lesson planning, and mentoring younger dancers—all while continuing to grow as performers themselves.
Whether a dancer dreams of becoming a dance teacher, choreographer, coach, or simply wants to build confidence and leadership skills that will last a lifetime, Crown Crew provides the opportunity to learn, lead, and inspire.
Ages: 12–18
