- Compression techniques and rescue breaths
- Assessing the Situation:

2. Basic First Aid
- Wound Care:
- Controlling bleeding
- Cleaning and dressing wounds
- Recognizing signs of infection
- Burns, Fractures, and Sprains:
- First aid for thermal, chemical, and electrical burns
- Immobilization techniques for fractures and sprains
- Medical Emergencies:
- Recognizing and responding to heart attacks and strokes
- Assisting with diabetic emergencies and seizures
- Handling allergic reactions and administering EpiPens
3. Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training
- Understanding AEDs:
- How AEDs work and their role in cardiac arrest
- Recognizing when an AED is needed
